Clean and comfortable, with a lovely pool. Well positioned for our short stay before picking up our sailing yacht from the marina. The host was pleasant and helpful.
Areas for improvement:
No kettle in the room. Thought I had booked breakfast, but hadn’t! The owner was awkward about it at first, but then became helpful.

The pool area is well kept and modern although you are overpowered by and rundown building right behind it. Rooms are small however sufficient if it's a short stay.

Not a very warm welcome from the host.

Too far to walk to dinner, but we knew that. Bed could have been more comfy but fine. Understandable the pool was closed due to season, but still very warm out so would have been good to know
